$22.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE) Job Summary Humanbees is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling precision aerospace components while following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams. Keep workstations clean and organized following 5S standards. Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience Aerospace or metal manufacturing experience. Mechanical assembly experience. Blueprint reading. Quality inspection experience. Cleanroom or precision manufacturing experience.
