$19
  • $22 based on experience
Position Description:
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Production Support Specialist to support a high-volume, complex manufacturing program. This role provides hands-on technical and inspection support while being cross-trained across multiple production functions—including but not limited to, assembly, staking, epoxy application, and inspection. The ideal candidate is adaptable, quality-focused, and eager to learn different processes to help ensure production readiness, maintain high standards, and support on-time delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
Support daily manufacturing operations across a large production program Cross-train and perform multiple roles, including assembly, staking, epoxy application, component fabrication and inspection Troubleshoot process and product issues on the production floor Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Provide hands-on support during new product launches and engineering builds Assist with first article builds and validation runs Contribute to improvements in cycle time, throughput, and efficiency Perform detailed visual inspection of PCB assemblies under a microscope in accordance with IPC standards Maintain ESD (electrostatic discharge) controls and follow all safety procedures Uphold 5S standards by maintaining a clean and organized work environment Follow all company policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed instructions in a structured environment Willingness to learn multiple processes and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
Experience using microscopes to inspect fine-pitch components Basic understanding of SMT and through-hole assembly processes Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and
BOMs Other Skills and Cultural Fit:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to enhance performance Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules, demands and priorities

The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock.
