Surface Mount Technology Operator SMT

You deserve a job you love Volt is immediately hiring for a Surface Mount Operator SMT in San Marcos, Ca. As a Surface Mount Operator SMT you will: Program, set up, and operate SMT Surface Mount Technology equipment including pick?and?place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens Perform manual component placement and visual inspection to ensure accurate assembly and solder quality Set up and load feeders according to production requirements and component specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD?safe work environment to support quality and efficiency This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ year of SMT machine operation and setup experience , including pick?and?place, stencil printing, and reflow processes Knowledge of PCBA inspection methods , including visual and automated inspection standards Understanding of through?hole and SMT component soldering , including polarity, solder joint quality, and IPC guidelines Experience with Yamaha/Assembleon SMT equipment is a strong plus

Pay Rate:
