Machine Operator

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator in Santa Ana, CA, to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in quality work, can follow clear production standards, and are comfortable performing hands-on tasks throughout the shift. The Machine Operator will assist with corrugated material handling, inspection, stacking, and general production support to help maintain a smooth workflow. Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.

The Day-to-Day:

Stack corrugated sheets neatly and consistently according to production standards Restack loads to correct misalignments and remove damaged or defective sheets Inspect corrugated materials for defects such as warping, tearing, moisture damage, or other quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment Support machine operators and production staff with material movement and production needs Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality Assist with general warehouse or manufacturing duties as assigned Communicate any equipment, material, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member Help ensure production areas remain stocked, orderly, and ready for continued workflow

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and consistency in daily work Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and company policies Team-oriented with good communication and cooperation skills Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Must be flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Able to work in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn, stay productive, and support production-based operations Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety

Pay Rate:

$17.50 to $18.50 per hour

Schedule:
