Under the direction of the department Supervisor, the Masker is responsible for applying tape to product parts prior to applying metal finishing chemical and trim tape on parts with a variety of different equipment and tools.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies, cuts and applies silicone, masking tape or other specialized tape to use during the masking of specific parts from work order forms.
- Places parts on and off racks as needed.
- Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
- Ability to apply tape to all parts.
- Comfortable using basic tools.
- Comfortable around chemical environment.
ITAR REQUIREMENT

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Certified Non-Destruct Test Technician Level 2 is to test and inspect parts and assemblies for defects using automated and manual methods and techniques including radiography, ultrasound, penetrant, eddy current, laser shearography and magnetic particle.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions are the core duties or tasks that the employee will perform. List the duties that are central to performing the most basic functions of the job. Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times. Maintain safety precautions at all times. Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform specific inspections and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and to record results. Perform NDT Examinations in conjunction with receipt and in-process inspections on material purchased for use in fabrication. Familiar with the tools and equipment and shall have demonstrated proficiency in their use. Capable of determining the calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment is in proper condition for use, and that inspection, examination and test procedures are approved. Capable of assisting production in the set-up of material and/or components for receipt inspection, as required. Train other individuals as required by management.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ABILITIES
Must demonstrate the ability to read the equivalent of the size and letters of the Jaeger I chart at a minimum distance of 12 inches and distinguish and differentiate the contrasts between colors illustrated on an Ishihara Test Chart. Inspection personnel shall be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. May work alone with minimal supervision or with other personnel. Inspection personnel shall possess fundamental written and verbal communication skills. Inspection personnel shall be fluent (written and verbal) in the English language. Computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Office applications, are necessary. Comfortable working in fast paced team environment.SUPPORTS

Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Helper/Laborer is responsible for putting parts on and off the racks so that they may be prepped and ready for plating process, prepare and package parts, as well as perform general duties within the department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Places parts on and off racks as needed.
- Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.
- Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.
- May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.
- Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.
- Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.
- Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable using basic tools (i.e. wire cutters and air hose).
- Comfortable working on a platform with tanks of acid and chemicals.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
