Description:

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. You will ensure that each component is accurately integrated, contributing to the overall integrity and performance of our medical and diagnostic products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining optimal production efficiency by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline operations. You will perform rigorous quality control tests, inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to uphold Roches commitment to excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, you will manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production, operate tools and machinery with precision and safety, and promptly report any issues or deviations to supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Description Duties:

Assemble products following specifications

• Accurately assemble components according work instructions
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete builds efficiently and precisely Maintain production efficiency
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistent output and product quality
• Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime.

Perform quality control tests by inspecting raw materials, subassemblies and finished products to ensure product integrity. Inventory management Operate tools and machinery safely Report issues to supervisors Who You Are 5 years + in the manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Proficiency in industry tools/software High School Diploma / GED required Ability to have prompt, regular and reliable work attendance required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds Standing for 8 hours per day Fully On-Site role in Santa Clara, CA. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
