Pay Rate:
$17.25 - $19.25/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly)

Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators to support medical device production operations in Temecula, CA. This role involves working with microscopes, hand tools, and small components in a regulated manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Medical device experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following established procedures and work instructions Utilize microscopes to inspect and work with small components and assemblies Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures at all times Read, interpret, and follow written instructions, production documents, and training materials Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment to assemble and inspect products Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance Accurately complete required production documentation and records Support team productivity and manufacturing goals Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in training and continuous improvement activities Communicate production, quality, or equipment concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environments Comfortable using microscopes for extended periods Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions Basic math skills including: Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division Ability to use hand tools and work with small components Strong attention to detail and quality focus Reliable work history with stable employment tenure Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical device manufacturing experience Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments Previous microscope inspection experience Experience performing detailed assembly work
Physical Requirements:
Eye examination Color vision test Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day Ability to: Bend Twist Stoop Squat Crawl intermittently Push and pull materials Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong visual acuity including:
Close vision Distance vision Color vision Depth perception Ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
This is a fully onsite manufacturing position supporting medical device production operations. The role requires working with microscopes, small components, and precision assembly processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
