If you're fascinated by how precision parts come to life and you learn best by doing, this is where your journey starts. Previous industry experience is not required; your curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to master our training playbook are what matter most. Your Schedule Sunday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m. PT A Day in Your First Month You'll rotate through several stations with structured, on-the-job coaching:
Material Preparation:
Receive and log incoming metal stock; cut material to length using an automated band saw; verify basic dimensions with simple gauges and measurement tools.
Tool Crib:
Build and break down cutting-tool assemblies, use pre-setters to dial in lengths and angles, and confirm the right tooling is ready for the machines.
Part Marking:
Apply serial numbers and identification using laser, epoxy fill, or ink/inkjet methods to meet specification.
Shipping & Receiving:
Pack and send components; check parts returning from outside processing using a careful visual review.
Rework:
Perform precise, hands-on touchups or minor mods so parts align with customer requirements. What You Bring Drive to learn precision inspection approaches and follow strict training procedures/SOPs. Comfort working on repetitive tasks while seated or standing for extended stretches. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs without assistance. Familiarity with hand or pneumatic tools is a plus. Exceptional focus, accuracy, and pride in meticulous work. Clear communicator who collaborates well with teammates. Training & Growth We provide thorough, station-by-station instruction so you can build confidence and capability quickly. You'll progress through rotations, gain breadth across Central Operations, and develop a solid foundation in precision manufacturing. Compensation Hadrian takes a number of factors into consideration when determining compensation, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. Each role in each location is reviewed and assessed based on market data.
