This position is responsible for packaging food products efficiently and safely while maintaining quality standards and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Package finished food products according to company specifications and quality standards Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Label, seal, box, and palletize products for shipment Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies Maintain clean and organized work areas following food safety and sanitation guidelines Monitor production lines and report equipment or product issues to supervisors Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety procedures, and company policies Assist with line changeovers and basic machine setup as needed Complete production and packaging documentation accurately Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Preferred Skills Experience operating packaging or production machinery Familiarity with food manufacturing safety standards and sanitation procedures Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Work Environment Food manufacturing and production facility Cold refrigerated areas depending on production needs Use of hairnets, gloves, safety gear, and other PPE required Schedule 2nd
