Job Description

Join Our Team as a Precision Ammunition Production Machine Operator! Are you a master of precision? Do you thrive working with machinery where tolerances are measured in thousandths of an inch? If so, we want you on our team! We are a local firearms retailer, indoor shooting range, and ammunition manufacturer seeking a skilled Machinist by trade to operate our commercial-grade ammunition processors and loaders. While ammunition loading experience is helpful, it's not required. If you've run a lathe, vertical mill, CNC machine or similar machinery with tight tolerances and zero room for error, you already have the foundation to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, takes pride in their craft, and can focus on producing a safe, high-quality product without compromise.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating and maintaining commercial ammunition loading machinery Following precise, detailed instructions without deviation Inspecting work to ensure absolute accuracy Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborating with a team that values quality, safety, and pride in our work
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude Extreme attention to detail Experience working within tight tolerances Ability to focus and stay on task for extended periods Willingness to stop and ask for clarification when needed Must be able to pass a firearm/ammunition background check
