High school diploma or GED Adaptability Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and manufacturing processes within a dynamic factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly line operations, and familiarity with warehouse procedures. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production workflows, ensuring high-quality output and safety standards across the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Ability to build subassemblies for at least one product line. Use small hand tools and equipment as needed. Moderate lifting, up to 30lbs occasionally. Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours a day. Follow the assembly process for small to large builds with direction from Production Lead. General cleanup of work area each end of day. Ability to adapt to change and open to working on different product lines. Willing to work overtime as needed. Strong interpersonal and team building skills. Ability to read drawings and job travelers. Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must. Adhere to all production shop floor process and policies. Perform and understand non-conformance process in Epicor. Comprehend and retain training information and follow directions. Demonstrate desire to grow career path to a Production Tech 2 Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Production or warehouse experience (one year preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Epicor knowledge is a plus.
