Job Description
Job Responsibilities Set up and prepare machines for production (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tolerances) during operation Load raw materials into semi-automated machines Inspect parts and finished products using measuring tools Perform routine checks to prevent machine issues Troubleshoot and fix mechanical or production problems Ensure products meet quality standards Keep accurate production and quality records Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Experience in paper converting or similar production processes (strongly preferred) Experience working with corrugated boxes, plastic, and paper materials (preferred) Knowledge of standard production procedures Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow health, safety, and PPE requirements Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and handle materials High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus) Schedule 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available Monday through Friday Overtime available Weekend work as needed Experience 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred Industrial manufacturing or paper converting experience required/preferred based on qualifications Additional Requirements Must have reliable transportation to commute to work If you have experience in industrial machine operation and are looking for a stable opportunity with overtime availability
