In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes will be essential to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to quality standards. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality control throughout the production process. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; prepare components for assembly or fabrication processes. Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks for part design review or modifications when necessary. Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery and handling tools or hazardous materials. Assist with packaging, assembly line tasks, fabrication projects, tooling setup, welding operations, and quality inspections as needed. Requirements Proven factory experience working with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, stamping presses, or flexo presses. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with CNC programming (Fanuc controls), CAM programming, CAD software (SolidWorks), and CNC machining processes. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse or materials handling equipment. Knowledge of GD&T principles for precise measurement and quality assurance. Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments effectively. Basic math skills essential for machine setup and quality checks. Understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues promptly.
