Full Job Description Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the operation of the encapsulation machine including maintenance (troubleshooting), change over, cleaning. Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards.
Responsibilities:
Operates Soft Gel encapsulation equipment. Clean, assemble and disassembles encapsulation equipment and medicine and gel tanks, Hoist and lifting equipment. Follows instructions on MBR to manufacture products within company and customers specifications. Reports any deviation in process to Supervisor or Manager. Follows all company SOP's and GMP's. Troubleshoots equipment and process to comply with company SOP's. Performs minor adjustments in order to produce product within specifications. Fills out MBR and other paper work to comply with company SOP's. Reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance. Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
Mechanical/operational working knowledge of production line equipment Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English. Equipment, process rooms and manufacturing area SOPs and GMPs. record keeping skills. Basic mathematical calculation and measurement methods and practices. (Multiplication, Division, Conversions and understand weights and measures).
Schedule:
Thursday-Monday, 4am-12:30pm

From $21.00 per hour
