In this role, you will operate a variety of manufacturing machinery, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. Your expertise in mechanical systems, CNC programming, and materials handling will drive our manufacturing excellence. We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills within a collaborative facility dedicated to innovation and quality. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and factory-provided resources. Handle materials efficiently within the manufacturing facility, including forklift operation for materials handling and storage. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards. Assist in fabrication tasks like welding, tooling setup, or assembly line operations as needed to support production flow. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially with machining or fabrication environments. Hands-on experience with CNC programming (including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes), CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar tools is advantageous. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Fanuc systems, CAM programming, and blueprint reading is beneficial. Knowledge of materials handling equipment like forklifts along with certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge paired with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Experience working with quality control tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments ensures consistent product standards. Warehouse experience or familiarity with assembly lines enhances your ability to adapt quickly within our manufacturing environment.
