55/hour (15% shift differential) Key Responsibilities Operate production and machining equipment to manufacture precision components Load metal rods into machines (lifting, bending, and standing required) Package products in a controlled cleanroom environment Run labeling and packaging machinery Transport finished goods to the Quality Control department Support general production, assembly, and packaging tasks Required Qualifications Ability to stand and remain active for 8-hour shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation Experience in cleanroom or medical device environments (a plus, not required) Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
