Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently package cannabis products according to established protocols and standards. Accurately weigh and label products to ensure compliance with state regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines. Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged products and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.

Pay range:

$18.81 to $20.00 per hour Required skills Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Basic math skills for accurate weighing and measuring of products. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Must pass any required pre-employment screenings. Desired skills Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the cannabis industry. Familiarity with cannabis products and an understanding of state regulations. Experience with inventory management systems or software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred seniority
