We take pride in serving our clients and delivering high-quality on-site decoration services. Summary We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with some weekly overtime required when needed, including Saturdays. As an embroidery machine operator you will play a crucial part in our shop, ensuring the efficient production, quality control, and packaging of our embroidered products. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate and maintain embroidery machines, threads, and other embroidery materials. Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Troubleshoot any issues with machinery promptly. Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and care of all embroidery equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist with inventory management as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Experience required. Ability to follow complex instructions.
