We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Production Mixer to help create the foundation of our bath and body products. In this role, you'll blend and prepare formulations, ensure quality and consistency, and support efficient production workflows while following safety standards to the letter. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Measure and mix powders, colorants, fragrances, and other ingredients according to established formulations and specifications Follow all recipes and production instructions exactly. No guesswork, no shortcuts Operate mixers, blenders, and related manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Handle and move raw materials, packaging supplies, and large mixing bowls with care Wear required PPE, including gloves and filtration masks, and follow all safety protocols Inspect mixes for consistency and quality before releasing to production Document all batches and processes accurately and consistently Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with GMP and FDA standards Use pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods as needed Support material handling, packaging, and other production tasks when required Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Follow lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications Must be able to tolerate extremely strong fragrances. Seriously. This job isn't for scent-sensitive folks. Comfortable wearing PPE, including filtration masks and gloves, for extended periods Flexible with shifting priorities and evolving job responsibilities; maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude under pressure Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly Physically able to lift and handle heavy bags and mixing bowls Able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Self-motivated, dependable, and consistent Team-oriented with respectful communication skills Comfortable receiving and applying feedback Able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic reading, writing, and math skills required Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Basic computer skills for documentation and process tracking are advantageous. Experience Entry level. No prior experience required. Production, manufacturing, or food handling experience is a plus

Part-Time Pay:
Starting at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance
Hours:
12-29 hours per week
Schedule:
