Leprino Foods' history dates back over 65 years, when Jim Leprino first started making small batches of mozzarella for local markets and eateries in the Little Italy neighborhood of Denver. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts Ability to perform essential functions of the position Must understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) Must be detail oriented in completing record sheets. Must comply with safe work practices. Must be capable of ascending and descending several flights of stairs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires responsibility for all duties that pertain to the DMC and finesavers. This includes the operation of the DMC, finesavers, pH meters, thermometers, and the cone test. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualities:

Previous manufacturing experience Experience in food or dairy industries Effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment Leprino Foods Company utilizes the services of Psychemedics to perform our Hair Follicle Drug Testing.
