We are hiring Machine Operator Trainees for a manufacturing company in Henderson. This position works directly alongside experienced Machine Operators and is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with tools, equipment, and production machinery. If you have experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, machine operation, or other hands-on work environments, we'd like to hear from you! Pay & Schedule $19.22-$20.72/hr Additional $1.50/hr Shift Differential for Nights Weekly Pay Overtime Available Monday-Friday + Saturdays as
Needed Available Shifts:
Day Shift:
5:00 AM-1:30
PM Night Shift:
2:00 PM-10:45 PM What You'll Do Assist Machine Operators with setups and changeovers Work with hand and power tools Measure materials using a tape measure Load, stack, and organize materials and finished products Help maintain production equipment and workstations Assist with machine adjustments, cleaning, and basic maintenance Support production goals while maintaining quality standards Great Backgrounds Include ✔ Manufacturing ✔ Heavy Assembly ✔ Machine Operation ✔ Construction ✔ Fabrication ✔ Mechanical Assembly ✔ Production Technician ✔ Material Handling What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience Ability to read a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
