Come create your career with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring 1st shift Machine Operators in Henderson, CO . As a Machine Operator you will: Follow all companies' safety policies and procedures Treat process water by adding flocculant, checking pH levels, and logging discharge per SOP Inspect tile quality on the dry side and maintain the sealer area, including cleaning the booth Operate strapping machines to secure pallets of tile Perform quality checks and package tile as a Kiln Exit Operator Clean equipment and work areas daily to maintain safe operations Identify and report equipment or process issues to supervisors or leads Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday-Saturday 5:00am-2:30pm Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements: Ability to read, understand, and follow simple instructions 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (tile or color production preferred) Forklift experience preferred (6+ months) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift Pay for this position is $20/hr. •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
