Cleanroom Technician - Entry Level Multiple Shifts Available | Contract Role We're hiring entry‑level Cleanroom Technicians to support machine operation and sterile packaging in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates must be open to working in either machine operation or cleanroom packaging (preference can be noted). Shifts & Pay 1st

Shift:

5:30am-2:00pm — $17.00/hr 2nd

Shift:

1:30pm-10:00pm — $18.70/hr (10% differential) 3rd

Shift:

9:30pm-6:00am — $19.55/hr (15% differential) +$3/hr raise upon conversion What You'll Do Operate machines to manufacture medical device components Load metal rods into machines (standing, bending, lifting required) Package medical device products in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom Operate packaging and labeling machines Move product to quality control Maintain quality and production standards Requirements Entry‑level (no prior experience required) Ability to stand for 8‑hour shifts Comfortable in a loud, busy manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and willingness to be cross‑trained Nice to Have Cleanroom, production, or assembly experience Machine operation or packaging experience Why Apply Very clean work environment Safety incentives and team rewards Career growth and promotion opportunities On‑site amenities and supportive team culture Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
