Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview Mythology Distillery is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Packaging Manager to oversee our packaging operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production runs, maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality, and upholding the highest quality standards for all packaged products. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the cleaning and sanitation of all packaging equipment Set up packaging lines and equipment for production runs Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime Ensure all packaged products meet established quality specifications and standards Monitor packaging processes for efficiency and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with production team members to meet daily packaging goals Qualifications Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production environments preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights What We're Looking For A proactive, problem-solving mindset High standards for cleanliness and product quality Reliability and consistency in a part-time schedule Interest in craft spirits or beverage production is a plus
