Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM — $24.75/hr Enjoy a consistent 4‑day workweek with 3-day weekends every week . Position Overview We're looking for dependable, detail‑oriented Machine Operators to join our plastic injection molding team. In this role, you'll rotate between tasks such as machine operation, trimming, and assembly to keep production running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying busy, and contributing to a team focused on quality and efficiency. What You'll Do Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently Trim and finish molded plastic parts Assemble products based on work instructions and quality standards Use basic hand tools to complete production tasks Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain steady output in a fast‑paced, warm manufacturing environment What We're Looking For At least 1 year of machine operator or press experience Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to work in a warm production setting (especially in summer months) Strong reliability and consistent attendance Willingness to work assigned shifts and support team productivity Why Join Our Team?
