Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Job Summary Operate plastic injection molding machines, trim components, and assemble industrial safety products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physically active role with rotating tasks. Responsibilities Operate molding machines and monitor performance Trim and finish plastic parts using hand tools Assemble products to specifications Rotate between production, trimming, and assembly Handle materials up to 30 lbs Maintain a clean and safe work area Requirements 1+ year of machine or production experience Basic hand tool skills Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working in a warm environment Reliable attendance Preferred Plastics or injection molding experience Benefits 4-day workweek, no required overtime Competitive pay PTO and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Work Environment Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility; standing and active work throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomfield, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.
