As a Manufacturing Technician , you will play a hands‑on role in converting rare earth materials into high‑performance components used in advanced magnet technologies. 00 per hour Shift & Schedule Day and Night shift options available 3‑days on / 4‑days off rotating schedule Alternating 36‑hour and 48‑hour weeks

Day Shift:

6:00 AM

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM

• 6:00 AM What You'll Do Move, stage, and manage materials throughout the facility (includes occasional heavy lifting) Load materials into equipment while monitoring gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels Accurately record production data, process details, and machine metrics Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues Use Microsoft Office to track production activities and create reports Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operation or production‑based roles Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.
