Waterjet/Machine operator should be able to efficiently pull, move and load material on waterjet /machine table. Record and fill out proper paper work to meet customers' requirement as well as following all internal procedures. Waterjet/Machinist operator will be required to process the following activities. Responsibilities include the following. Must be able to read and understand work instructions information ( English Only ) Effectively communicate with shop floor supervisor and production control manager Perform machine push button cycles Perform daily maintenance check list Produce quality parts and verify them for accuracy. Inspect parts and understand any changes if required Run multiple machines Safely move material pallet jack / charts Maintain a clean work environment Clean all tools and machines at end of shift Report any non-conformance's to shop floor supervisor immediately Turn off all equipment at end of shift Qualifications and Skill Requirements 1-3 years of CNC machine tool experience in a manufacturing environment Read and understand blueprints Detailed with good decision skills to meet customers demand Work with Shop Floor Supervisor for suggesting improvements Capable of lifting 40 pounds frequently Capable of working in a noisy environment.
