Job Description
Quality Coils, Inc is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Molding Press Operators, Assemblers and Inspectors to join our 1st and 2nd shift production team. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. Assemble products and components to specification. Perform quality inspections and document production results. Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Ability to read and follow work instructions. Ability to work with hands. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours. Strong attention to detail. Our 1st shift offers multiple work schedule options, while our 2nd shift features a 4-day workweek, giving employees a 3-day weekend every week.
