Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for a Flow Room Operator located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM (Fridays Off)
Pay:
$18.50/
Hour Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for an entry-level Production Assembly Operator position. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, supporting assembly operations, and following documented work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and assist with setup of production equipment including soldering, washing, and testing machines Perform basic assembly and production tasks according to written instructions and specifications Complete component preparation, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, wire preparation, and related production activities Enter production transactions into computer systems and maintain required logs and records Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team-oriented environment Basic computer skills including barcode scanning and simple data entry Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Fast-paced manufacturing environment Hands-on production and assembly work Training provided Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
