• 25/hr + Generous Overtime Adecco has partnered with a top local manufacturer in Danbury, CT to find a hands-on Machine Operator / Lead who enjoys leading by example and keeping production running smoothly.

2nd shift. This is a Direct Hire opportunity

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment while setting the pace for your team
• Lead and support operators at machines and work cells
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Prioritize daily tasks and meet production deadlines
• Communicate clearly with leadership and team members

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring others
• Strongmunication andanizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basicputer skills for reporting and documentation

Pay Details:
