This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and can consistently meet production goals. These positions are more aligned with fast-paced assembly work utilizing spot welding equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment that requires repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and maintaining pace with production demands. This position operates on 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM , with overtime available on Fridays from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM .
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are essential Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to a high-performing production team. Pay Details:
