Events Staff Pink Flamingo Party Co. New Britain, CT $21-$24/hour depending on experience Part-time (15-20 hours/week) - This role has an opportunity to move into a full-time position. About Pink Flamingo Party Co. Pink Flamingo Party Co. creates luxury balloon installations and event décor for celebrations across Connecticut, NYC, and the Hamptons. We are looking for events staff to help inflate and deliver balloon installations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys events , staying organized, and creating beautiful event setups. What You'll Do Inflate balloons - must have incredible attention to detail Ensure installations meet Pink Flamingo quality standards Event Installations & Deliveries Build and install balloon garlands and balloon décor Deliver, set up, and break down balloon displays and event rentals Lead larger event installs and troubleshoot challenges onsite Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Prep materials for upcoming installs Monitor balloon inventory and installation supplies Logistics & Coordination Coordinate installation timelines and delivery routes Communicate with team members about event details and schedules Ensure installs are completed on time and to company standards A Typical Day Might Look Like Prepping balloon garlands and event décor at the warehouse Loading the van for upcoming installs Driving to an event location Installing décor and managing your team onsite Returning to the warehouse to prep materials for the next day's events Your role will be to ensure installs are completed efficiently, safely, and to our quality standards.
