Full Job Description About Us:

Phoenix Products Company is a leading manufacturer of pool and spa chemicals located in Terryville, CT, and we're looking for a Chemical Batch Maker to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in our manufacturing department, responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following batch instructions Safely handle chemical ingredients and operate mixing equipment Monitor product quality throughout the production process Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, hygienic production environment

Requirements:

Must be able to read and write in English High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training a plus Ability to read and interpret batch sheets, safety data sheets, and work instructions Strong math and measurement skills Attention to detail and safety-first mindset Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing/chemical handling experience preferred, but training will be provided Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
