• 7:00 AM) Training will take place on the 1st shift from 6:45 AM

Real support, real respect, every day What You'll Be Doing Operate and adjust coating and laminating machines to ensure proper adhesive application. Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments. Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency. Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment. Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met. Use material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks) to move materials. Work safely with industrial chemicals and solvents (MEK, Toluene). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and assist with laminating operations and production support.
