To Crush This Job 1-3 years of experience operating injection molding machines required Ability to use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and recording production data Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications Strong communication skills and attention to detail Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (25-60 lbs regularly) Exposure to heat and noise in a manufacturing environment Requires strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and continuous visual focus Must be able to distinguish colors and perform detailed inspections Your Role on the Floor Provide relief coverage for machine operators during breaks and lunches while maintaining machine cycles and production flow Operate and monitor automatic molding machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output Remove molded parts, trim excess material (flash), and grind sprues per standard procedures Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Accurately weigh, count, and document production output and quality results Complete production reports, non-conformance documentation, and end-of-run paperwork Package finished goods according to specifications (bulk or layer packing) Prepare boxes and materials for daily production runs Move materials and finished goods to designated areas to support continuous operations Communicate production issues, defects, or abnormal conditions to supervisors or quality personnel Assist with inventory tracking and maintain accurate production order counts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Your Rewards Competitive pay with weekly direct deposits — see your hard work pay off fast.
