They are a privately owned metal manufacturing company that has been in business for 50+ years. They work on medical devices, scientific instruments, and elevator parts. They offer a lot of overtime for those looking to make additional cash and operate in a fast paced and continuous work environment. They specialize in precision sheet metal fabricating and are looking for an Assembly Associate that has the opportunity to grow within the company and get into a leadership position!
Responsibilities:
Working in various areas of the assembly department performing light mechanical work, labeling, masking, and packaging product General assembly work, possible use of pneumatic air tools. Prepare and or pack finished product to be shipped Coordinate with department supervisor to ensure the applicable work orders are being addressed in order as needed. Move product to and from different areas as needed, using manual hand trucks and hydraulic assisted hand trucks. Maintain a clean work area and keep up supplies needed to complete daily work
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Year or two of manufacturing related experience is a plus. Experience with aluminum and stainless steel if a plus. Being able to follow instructions, report to management and show up on time and consistently. 1st
Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Pay Rate:
$17.50/hr to start, up to $18.00/hr once perm #IND-HP
