Machine Operator 1st shift

Machine Operator - Shelton, CT Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. This position is responsible for operating machinery, performing quality checks, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate vertical bar machines to manufacture electrical connectors Perform machine setup and changeovers as needed Conduct quality inspections using gauges, micrometers, and calipers Package finished products Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure daily production and quality goals are achieved

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation experience required Experience using gauges, micrometers, and calipers Good math and measurement skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-10 hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly High School Diploma or GED required If you are dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today!
