Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

This organization is known for producing high-quality wooden reels distributed worldwide and for maintaining a structured, team-oriented work environment. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • $18.00 per hour starting pay
  • Weekly pay
  • 1st shift schedule: 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM
  • Possible overtime, including occasional Saturdays
  • Direct hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement
  • Supportive leadership and clear production standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels
  • Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy
  • Weigh, label, and tag completed products
  • Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection
  • Perform quality inspections to meet company standards
  • Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous sit down forklift, and warehouse experience
REQUIRED
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions
