Shift Location:
Watertown, Connecticut Pay:
$18- $22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30

- $18.00 per hour starting pay
- Weekly pay
- 1st shift schedule: 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM
- Possible overtime, including occasional Saturdays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy
- Weigh, label, and tag completed products
- Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection
- Perform quality inspections to meet company standards
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sit down forklift, and warehouse experience
REQUIRED
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions
