is a fast-growing, well-established American manufacturer founded in 1992. We are a leading supplier of anti-theft labels used by retailers to help reduce shoplifting. Our products are used by many of the world's top retail companies, and we operate additional facilities in Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Our headquarters and factory are located in Boca Raton, Florida. Our team works together to deliver the highest-quality products in the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) industry. Experience Previous experience is helpful, but not required. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in: Label application Web converting Printing press operations Paper lamination Die cutting High-production manufacturing environments Quality assurance or quality control Helpful Skills and Requirements Experience using automated production or manufacturing equipment with human interface devices (HID). Ability to use digital calipers, rulers, gauges, micrometers, and calculators. Ability to work as part of a team to produce consistent, high-quality products. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use automated lifting devices, reset counters, and operate push/pull levers and buttons. Ability to inspect raw materials and finished products for quality. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to load and unload boxes, and apply labels. Ability to keep the work area clean by taking out trash and sweeping floors. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Strong vision to identify product defects. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to determine tasks needed to meet the production schedule with limited supervision. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and ability to use a 4-function calculator.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
