Fast‑paced production facility Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support overnight production operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing environment . This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working long overnight shifts, handling production machinery, and maintaining efficiency and quality in a continuous operation setting. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machines during overnight shifts Ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently Perform basic machine adjustments, setup, and cleanup Monitor product quality and production flow Report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly Follow production schedules, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Required Skills & Qualifications Machine Operator experience required Ability to work 12‑hour overnight shifts Comfortable in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Willingness to work required overtime (5-15 hours weekly) Strong attention to safety and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's Offered $18•20/hour , depending on experience Consistent 3rd‑shift schedule Weekly overtime opportunities Long‑term, steady production work Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Coconut Creek, FL.
