Machine Operator Supervisor

Role Title:

Machine Operator Supervisor MISSION:

Provide leadership, management, and accountability to plastic and metal production shift teams to efficiently produce the quantities and quality level necessary to achieve SeC mission and goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

LMA (leadership, management, and accountability) of shifts and production Corrugated pipe machinery/mechanical expertise (metal/plastic) Perform all production related roles as needed on a shift Training, coaching and development of production personnel Supplies materials and inventory control (tracking and management Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical / technical / processing issues on lines/mills and in the production process Support planned maintenance programs (i.e. breakdown prevention) Proactively manage engagement with maintenance team for planned and reactive maintenance of production equipment Support RPRS across production within 90 days Support EOS implementation within 6 months The ability to run and change over all diameter of pipe with minimal downtime, including root cause diagnostics Perform and analyze quality control monitoring and accurate reporting of production and assurance management Perform changeovers in an efficient and effective manner Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies and quality targets on all production lines Maintain facility housekeeping

enjoys working with machinery and tools, building and repairing things Ability to read equipment blueprints & shop drawings Supervisory experience managing shifts in production environment Strong ability and desire to learn soft and hard skills Strong desire to achieve company goals Root cause analysis & problem solving (set up, change over, tooling) Experience in a manufacturing environment with relatable concepts to SeC production environments and equipment/machinery Ability and willingness to follow & document production processes & procedures
