Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery, specifically bagging machines. Perform fixes on the machine when bags jam or conveyors become overstacked. Conduct light setups and changeovers based on the material being run. Engage in heavy lifting up to 40 pounds. Maintain good attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills Experience in operating any production or manufacturing machine. Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of machinery. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. General labor and assembly skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in performing setups and changeovers is a plus. Experience operating a forklift is advantageous. Good tenure and a reliable attendance history. Willingness to work overtime. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to hot, dusty, and dirty conditions. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and dress appropriately for the conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
