• Full-time Established 30 year old company looking for skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operators and Leather Cutter.

Company manufacturers Leather belts , hats and related accessories. Ideal operator must have experience in Industrial Sewing, operating double and single needle machines, including high post . Must understand how to adjust machine settings. Individuals with leather manufacturing experience are desired. Please submit salary history and requirements or your resume may not be considered. Hours of Operation M-F 8:00-4:30 Company is located between Griffin Rd. and 595 (1 mile west of I-95) We are looking for an experienced Sewing Machine Operator to join our team producing quality leather and fabric accessories. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on sewing work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently while maintaining consistent quality. The right candidate should be comfortable operating industrial sewing machines and working with different materials such as leather, webbing, canvas, and fabric trims. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to produce finished products Sew leather, fabric, webbing, and related materials accurately and consistently Follow product patterns, samples, and production instructions Inspect finished work for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the team to complete orders on schedule Assist with light production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines Experience sewing leather or heavy materials is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Single needle and double needle machines (Specifically High-Post) Binding, edge stitching, or top stitching Experience in small production or handmade goods manufacturing
