The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise operating skid steers and excavators on active job sites, with a proven ability to perform precise land grading work to grade and elevation specifications. If you take pride in clean, accurate earthwork and show up ready to work every day, we want to hear from you. Key Duties Operate skid steers and excavators on commercial and residential job sites Perform land grading to achieve proper drainage, slope, and final grade elevations Execute site clearing, demolition, excavation, and backfill operations Coordinate with site supervisors and grade checkers to maintain project specs Work safely around other trades, utilities, and the public Equipment Knowledge Skid Steer Loader (all attachments) Track Excavator Mini Excavator Compaction Tools Requirements Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators professionally Demonstrated ability to land grade accurately to specified elevations Ability to read site plans and grade stakes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong understanding of site safety practices and OSHA standards
