ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a custom trophy manufacturing company specializing in
CUSTOM MADE AWARDS
for sports and corporate events. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on operator to join our production team and take ownership of our laser cutting machines. This is a physical, active role — you will be on your feet all day in a fast-paced shop environment, handling real responsibility in machine operation and product quality.
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate industrial laser cutting machines to cut and engrave different kind of materials
  • Set up files in CorelDRAW and prepare designs for production runs
  • Assemble, clean, and pack finished trophy products to quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift
  • Handle and move raw materials and finished products (lifting required)
  • Follow production schedules and maintain output accuracy and consistency
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW — must be comfortable preparing and editing files (REQUIRED, no exceptions)
  • Comfortable using a computer for file management and machine software
  • Physically active — able to stand, move, and lift materials throughout the full shift
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent, quality work
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic — punctuality is critical in production
  • Genuine interest in design and craftsmanship
  • Willingness to learn machine operation and grow into a skilled production role
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a small team
