This role plays a vital part in ensuring that products are carefully and efficiently packaged to meet quality standards and customer expectations. If you take pride in precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational success. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor cartoning machines to package products according to specifications. Inspect cartons and packaged products for defects or inconsistencies. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor. Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory management. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in training new operators as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience operating packaging or cartoning machinery is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
