This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where attention to detail and operational excellence are key to delivering quality to our customers. As a Packaging Operator, you will contribute directly to the smooth flow of our supply chain by maintaining high standards in packaging processes and supporting overall production goals. Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met. Assemble, label, and seal packages according to specifications. Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and report shortages. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment. Document production activities and complete required reports accurately. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate packaging machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
