The MobiLift Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining MobiLift equipment used in Operations. The successful candidate will operate MobiLift equipment safely and efficiently to support our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment processing. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of productivity and safety. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and MobiLift equipment to move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Execute order picking using RF scanners, pick lists, and warehouse management systems Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas with attention to weight distribution and safety Maintain flexibility to accommodate overtime and adapt to business needs Qualifications 1+ year of relevant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid forklift operator certification Previous experience operating MobiLift or similar material handling equipment Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
