Position Overview The Tooling Coordinator supports daily operations by tracking, inspecting, and maintaining engine assembly and disassembly tooling. This is an entry-level role well-suited for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, or hands-on experience who are interested in learning tooling processes and building a long-term career. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Track and support the movement of engine assembly and disassembly tools Record tool transactions and basic data for reporting using SAP and standard forms Assist with coordinating tool calibration, including arranging substitute tools when needed Perform visual inspections of tools to confirm condition and completeness Reference tool drawings and basic blueprints to verify configurations (training provided) Process paperwork related to tool repairs, updates, and modifications Support routine tool inventories and audits Maintain accurate tool storage and organization Assist with inducting new tools into inventory systems Work flexible schedules as needed, including different shifts, days of the week, and occasional overtime Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or hands-on work experience preferred (not required) Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes Ability to use Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus but not required Ability to follow written instructions and standard work procedures Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push for approximately 80% of the shift Ability to lift, carry, and/or push up to 30 pounds

Compensation Pay Range:
